Kate is a Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner currently practicing in NJ and Colorado. She has an extensive history in the mental health field with many years of experience. She also has a background in sports counseling, being a former collegiate athlete, she understands the pressures of performance. Kate looks to help clients seek wellness through a collaborative process, connecting mind, body, and spirit. "Life has it challenges, and sometimes we need a little extra support. I’m here to be a part of that journey". -Kate Aubrey is dually certified as a Licensed Therapist and Addictions Counseling Candidate in the state of Colorado. "I believe that we are all comprised of a spirit, soul, and body and that in order for us to function at our maximum potential, we must attend to all three of these areas. I am both a therapist (LPCC, ADDC, MA) and a CrossFit coach (CF-LO1), which allows me to incorporate a unique approach to counseling that integrates fitness with evidence based practice to achieve outcomes that expand an individual's capacity in all three domains. I believe that all humans were gifted with innate strengths and abilities. I aim to empower individuals to discover their inherent strengths through a personal training session coupled with insightful counseling so that they may harness resilience for the internal and external adversities in life."- Aubrey Services we provide are psychiatric evaluations, medication management, diagnoses, sports and fitness counseling, along with individual psychotherapy. We are an out-of-network practice, meaning we do not accept insurance at this time. Payments and superbills can be easily made online for reimbursements from your insurance carrier. We suggest checking with your carrier to determine out-of-network policies.
