Kate is a Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner currently practicing in NJ and Colorado. She has an extensive history in the mental health field with many years of experience with anxiety, depression, bipolar, thought disorders, and ADHD. She also has a background in sports counseling, being a former collegiate athlete, she understands the pressures of performance. Kate looks to help clients seek wellness through a collaborative process, connecting mind, body, and spirit. "Life has it challenges, and sometimes we need a little extra support. I’m here to be a part of that journey". -Kate Services we provide are psychiatric evaluations, medication management, diagnoses, along with individual psychotherapy, sports counseling, and coaching. We currently accept AETNA insurance and out-of-network clients. BlueCross, AmeriHealth, and Cigna/Evernote coming soon! For our out of network clients, payments and superbills can be easily made online for reimbursements from your insurance carrier. We suggest checking with your carrier to determine out-of-network policies.
